CutBak for Saws
Photoeye detects the trailing edge of parts coming from a machine. This causes the receiver rollers to lower. Urethane belts move the parts sideways to the return section. After the part leaves the receiver section, the rollers raise and the cycle is repeated.

 

ComeBak for Moulders
1. Powered feed roller guides parts onto the receiver.
2. Acetal (plastic) chains transfer parts from the receiver section to the return section.
3. The process is continuous, so parts may be butt-fed!
4. Available in two versions:
S.P. Stripper Plate for Return Only or T.R. Thru Roller for Pass-Thru Ability

PayBak for Shaper/Sanders
1. Powered roller and infeed arm guide parts onto the receiver.
2. A slip clutch matches processing speed then accelerates parts on the conveyor.
3. Urethane belts move the parts from the receiver section to the return section.
4. Parts may be butt-fed, since the process is continuous

SandBak for Sanders
