• Those models are special design to make all the parts for raised panel doors by one spindle shaper without change knife (rail, stile, panel) to get mass production
• Also enable to do the chair leg furniture parts by the max. 7" in and out copy capacity.
• 6" high stackable spindle with 3 pneumatic stop for easy and accuracy setup for each cutter position
• Rigid construction made by heavy sheet metal frame case iron table & base.
• Table move from right to left by hydraulic to achieve fully cutting power.
• Table move in and out following the template control by the pneumatic pressure to ensure the same shape was copy.
• Limit switch to control cutting cycle for fast production and time saving
• Liner guides & rails for smooth movement and long life usage.
• Strong cutting power. Do not need to be precut for the arch or oval panel.
• Cast iron fence e locked in the groove to finish square cut easily
