Cehisa, Rapid Series -
Compact and completely automatic, Cehisa's Rapid Series edgebanders can process material in coils up to 3mm and strips up to 5mm. They are equipped with many of the same technical features found on the 300 Series machines: straight or bevel cut on surfaces with insert tooling, medium frequency motors, quickmelt glue pot, automatic coil and strip feed, electric raise of pressure beam (EP11-12), programmable logic control with monochrome graphic display (EP11-12) and more! Can apply a wide variety of edgebanding, including: melamine/polyester, ABS, PVC, veneer, and high pressure laminate.
Cehisa, 309p - Adwood's solution for the high level production environment: a heavy-duty machine for edge material application up to 3/4n. All machine functions are controlled by a PLC microprocessor (optional) whose programs are customized on an easy-to-use touch screen. The touch screen interface also allows you to change operations in a single step. Switch from 3mm PVC to !//' solid wood with the "touch" of a finger. The 300 series can be installed in a basic standard layout or fully automatic, and can be outfitted to meet the specific demands of your operation.
Kundig Basiq - Kundig's Basiq and Uniq edge senders are versatile and easy to operate, even during the most demanding production runs. Carry out simple or complex sanding procedures with confidence, on everything from veneer to large solid pieces. Standard features include a tilted sanding head that operates on both working tables - without any adjustment!
