Heavy Duty Large Top Shaper
BASE: Heavy casting with flanged floor base gives firm setting, Yoke ways are carefully machined to assure full yoke bearing, TABLE: Heavy duty, well ribbed casting allows attachment of table extensions, jigs and fixtures, Top surface is accurately ground - allows stock and forms to slide easily, Has fitted table ring at the spindle, YOKE: Gibbed yoke, carefully machined and fitted into base assures absolute vertical spindle position through any adjustment, Precision ball bearings are sealed for life - need no lubrication.
SPINDLE: Rugged 1" diameter by 5" long spindle is accurately machined and ground for high speed production, Optional spindle sizes available.
DRIVE: 3,5, 7-1/2,10 or 15 hp rear-mounted motor swing on hinge to allow easy access. Has 2-1/2" endless belt drive with screw adjustment for close belt tensioning, Shaper is equipped with magnetic starter and 110 volt push-button controls.

Using the same heavy-duty conveyor and hold-down system as the larger Model 325, The Model 336 adds the capability to shape & sand raised panel arches. Single tool capacity on its one shaper & two sander stations make this machine ideal for dedicated, high volume production. Digital indicators assist in fast tooling change-overs, allowing the same machine to be used for raised panel & edge detail shaping & sanding. The variable speed conveyor and sanding spindles give the operator maximum control for the best possible finish. Tilting sanding stations will accept a wide variety of sanding heads. Industrial duty construction along with precision adjustment capability make the model 336 the best value in its class.
