FEATURES
INTERCHANGEABLE SPINDLE:
Choice of 3 spindle diameters (3/4", 1", 1 1/4'" or choice of metric sizes 19mm, 25.4mm, 30mm. Spindle has MK5 taper to ensure precision fitting and allow quick changeover
QUICK CHANGE SPINDLE SPEEDS: The spindle is driven by a four-speed dynamically balanced pulley for spindle speeds for 3000,4500, 7500 and 10000 rpm. Change of speed is quick and easily accomplished by simply loosening a lock lever, and shifting the belt to the required speed setting.

REVERSIBLE SPINDLE RATION: The spindle is reversible to ensure safe rotation in clockwise or counter clockwise direction as well as providing the ability to climb cut glued panels SPINDLE RAISING: The spindle is raised or lowered by a graduated handwheel, providing 1mm elevation per full revolution. Quick clamp positively holds spindle at a set height.
TABLE: The massive table is made from high quality case ion (FC-25 grade) and under cast ribbing is engineered for maximum strength and long term table stability. Table surface is precision ground and polished

OUTSTANDING FEATURES
INTERCHANGEABLE SPINDLES: Choice of 4 spindle diameters 1", 1-1/4", 1-3/8", 1-1/2" or choice of metric sizes 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm. Spindle has MK5 taper to ensure precision fitting and allow quick changeover of another spindle.
QUICK CHANGE SPINDLE SPEEDS: The spindle is driven by four speed fully for spindle speeds of 3000, 4500, 7500, and 10000 RPM. Change of speed is quickly and easily accomplished by simple loosening a lock lever, and shifting the complete assembly.
FOOT SPINDLE LOCK: The spindle is foot treadle locked for convenient cutter and spindle change.
FOOT SPINDLE BRAKE: • Treadle plate provides instant stop of the funning spindle after power has been turned off.

TITLING SPINDLE: The tilting spindle provides angel cutting from a -5-90-+45 degree. Spindle tilting hand wheel is located at front , within easy reach. A tilt scale is attached for accurate angle setting. A locking handle anchors spindle into fixed angled position
SPINDLE RISING: The spindle is raised or lowered by a graduated hand wheel, providing 0.04" elevation per full revolution of the hand wheel. Quick clamp lever positively holds spindle at a requires setting.
TABLE INSERTS: The spindle is fitted with 5 insert rings permitting for use of a wide variety of shaper cutters. Maximum insert opening diameter is 13-1/4", allow use of insert cutter heads
FENCE: Precision machined fence provides the accuracy demanded in complex shaping applications. The fences are supported by a massive cast iron body and integrated with a 5" cast iron dust shroud
TABLE The massive table is made from high quality cast iron (FC 25 grade), rib reinforced, and temper heat treated for maximum strength and wear resistance. Table surface is precision ground by milling and polished to 0.05mm flatness.

Using the same heavy-duty conveyor and hold-down system as the larger Model 325, The Model 336 adds the capability to shape & sand raised panel arches. Single tool capacity on its one shaper & two sander stations make this machine ideal for dedicated, high volume production. Digital indicators assist in fast tooling change-overs, allowing the same machine to be used for raised panel & edge detail shaping & sanding. The variable speed conveyor and sanding spindles give the operator maximum control for the best possible finish. Tilting sanding stations will accept a wide variety of sanding heads. Industrial duty construction along with precision adjustment capability make the model 336 the best value in its class.
