CTD Model PF200 12" Automatic Push Feed Cut-Off Saw - The PF200 uses our time tested 200 Series Cut-Off Saw in combination with a lineal positioner to push feed material and automatically cut it to an assortment of predetermined lengths. You can also download a cut list from a variety of programs with optional software. This integration of the 200 Series Saw and Tigerstop lineal positioner make for a unique Automatic Cut-Off System. The PF200 uses a 16' positioner or feeder (will feed up 12' long material—longer lengths available) to feed, clamp and cut wood, plastics, or aluminum.

CTD Model A480E Automatic Feed 16" & 20' High Speed Cut-Off Saw - The CTD Model A480E has ben specifically engineered for accurate production sawing of non-ferrous metals, plastics and woods. The A480E automatically feeds materials through the machine, clamps it, and saws pieces to a predetermined length within +/- .005.
The automatic barfeed and controlling air circuit are operated by an electronic programmable controller and electric switches for easy service.
The A480E uses our time tested 400 Series saw head offering assured precision cutting. Three independent holding vises are used, one to feed the material, and one on each side of the blade. The vises are keyed and movable front to back for easy adjustment of different widths of material.

CTD Model A480E - CNC Programmable Automatic Feed Cut-Off Saw - The CTD Model A480E—CNC is a computer Numerically controlled version of the A480E pictured on the previous page. Instead of using a Precision measuring device for the length measurement, a servo controlled linear actuating cylinder determines the length stroke. A small touch screen function center prompts the operator through the different functions and set-ups on the machine. The automatic length feed and controlling air circuit are operated by an electronic programmable controller for easy service.
